While we normally like to see clients face-to-face in person, your health is our most important consideration. While isolating at home, you still can get the support you need over a face-to-face video call using your tablet, phone, or computer.

If you aren’t “tech savvy”, don’t worry! It’s easy and we will walk you through it. We are here for you and ready to support you remotely.

In order to get the most out of your session, we recommend preparing your space so that you have privacy, safety, and comfort. Find a quiet place, and if home is too chaotic to talk from, try going for a walk, sitting in your car, etc.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED


To participate in remote video telemental health appointments, you will need one of the following devices:

  • Desktop computer with a webcam and speakers

  • Laptop computer with built-in webcam and speakers

  • Tablet device with built-in webcam and speakers

  • Smartphone with at least iOS 10 or Android 7.0

You will also need an internet connection that is at least 10mbps and a suitable room that is quiet, private, and free of distractions.


HOW TO CONNECT


Sessions are conducted utilizing a secure, HIPAA compliant, Zoom connection. To book your session, fill out the form below. We are currently accepting new clients. Once we connect and you book your session, we will send you more instructions.

The URL for our private online meeting room will be provided after your appointment is scheduled. Please make sure that you have an account with Zoom, and if you plan on using a tablet or phone, please download the Zoom app. E-mail us with any questions you may have about this process!
